SRI GAYATHRI COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, run by the Sri Rajaganpathi charitable Trust, was established in a rural place at Parakkadu, Ariyagoundampatty, Thalavaipatti (Post) in 2002 is one of the backward districts of Tamilnadu. It got recognition from NCTE for B.Ed., NCTE: SRO/NCTE/SRCAPP2113/B.Ed/TN2015-16/66074 and permission No Objection Certificate from the State Government. Affiliation from Tamilnadu Teachers Education University, continual affiliation Order, is TNTEU/R/Syn-AUG-2015-Item.No.08/Order-B.Ed.,(N)/2015/1431. The vision of the college is to produce a flawless pedagogical community through mutual love, respect, with egalitarian attitude, catering to the educational needs of rural Students. Under the charitable trust we are running Sri Gayathri Educational Institutions, a group of sister concern institutions SRIGAYATHRI HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL and SRI GAYATHRI MATRICULATION SCHOOL.
